Cities, counties and utility districts can advertise bid notices, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs on USspecbook free of charge. Individuals in charge of placing advertisements can sign up for an account and simply enter the information or upload the document file themselves by following the instructions.

Sign up for an account.
Send an email requesting that we enable the Bid Notice and RFP feature for the relevant municipality. We will first verify your relation to the city, county or utility district and then enable the feature.
