The Clark County roadway and stormwater ordinances that guide design work are available online under TITLE 40. These ordinances refer to WSDOT, DOE Stormwater Manuals for Puget Basin as well as Western Washington. These documents are provided below for your convenience. With regards to the standards for water projects, Clark County defaults to the standards provided by the Clark Public Utilities. With regards to the standards and specifications for sewers within the county, Clark County defaults to the standards provided by the Clark Regional Waste Water District.
